About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting our clients on key projects.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely, reliable, and accurate financial reporting and invoicing for the organisation, while supporting the project team in driving business success. To be successful in this role you must hold and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
You will assist in monitoring accounts receivable invoices and ensure the timely collection of debtors, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Help set up new projects and maintain project files and contract databases. You will manage project financial reconciliations and assist with updating forecasts for our projects
You will produce accurate and timely management reports related to projects, providing essential financial information to the Project Leaders.
Assist the Project Leaders with financial planning, reporting, and decision-making.
About you:
Must hold and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance.
Relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting.
2 to 5 years of experience
Financial analysis or project experience is beneficial
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft suite including Excel
Ability to approach all tasks with professionalism and a proactive mindset and show initiative in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
