Gathers financial information, analyzes them, and prepares financial reports that contribute to the plant's strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements Maintain and update standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead. Perform cost roll-ups for bill of materials (BOM) and routing updates. Analyze and report on purchase price variances (PPV), usage variances, and manufacturing variances. Support cost per unit analysis. Monitor and validate inventory transactions (raw materials, WIP, and finished goods) in SAP. Reconcile inventory balances and investigate discrepancies. Support physical inventory counting and cycle counting activities. Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to improve inventory accuracy What your background should look like Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Possess strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) 3+ years of experience in inventory or cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP (SAP) systems Possess strong proficiency in Excel. Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time. With strong communication and analytical skills Has a strong ability to work individually or in a team setting. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
