Join our Lear Corporation e‑Systems plant in Valls, Spain—a key facility in operation since 1970, employing 500+ people across four production buildings, specializing in advanced electronic modules such as body control modules (BCMs), junction boxes, gateways, and electrification components  . Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be a vital part of the finance & controlling team within injection and stamping operations.


Responsibilities:
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and monthly variance analysis
• Control cost accounting & monitor project profitability and KPIs
• Prepare financial reports and support new quotations
• Collaborate with operations to identify margin‑improvement opportunities
• Ensure SOX and operational control compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance
• At least 4 years of experience in a controlling role
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent English
• SOX knowledge is a plus
