Gathers financial information, analyzes them, and prepares financial reports that contribute to the plant's strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements Analyzing capital expenditure, inventory, scrap, plant capacity and driving the forecasting, budget, and standard costing process. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to plan and implement initiatives related to cost reductions, working capital improvements, and process redesigns. Preparing the plant's forecasts, cash flow statements, income statements, and balance sheets and communicating them to the management with recommended actions. Tracking and monitoring the local savings of the plant and improving overall financial performance across operational areas, including material spend, labor, and overhead. Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
