Finance Analyst - Disbursement Management and Control

What You'll Do

The Disbursement and Control Team (DMC) is part of the NAMR Finance function and supports the expense side of the business. As a member of the DMC team, you will support day-to-day activities that ensure transaction accuracy, maintain key control reports, and ensure compliance with policy. DMC team members collaborate with the Procurement and Accounts Payable team in our shared services center and serve as a bridge between people, processes, and payments while supporting our internal offices and stakeholders.
 

Review and validate U.S. office expense entries, including Global Services and Alternate Businesses, to ensure accurate submission, appropriate approvals, and correct cost coding in compliance with BCG guidelines.Validate vendor file entries, including the creation and update of employee records.Support the monthly rent reconciliation in partnership with the DMC Finance Senior Analyst.Support the annual IRS Form 1099 preparation and filing for Contractors and Senior Advisors.Maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to communicate information to stakeholders.Communicate and interact professionally with other local offices and internal departments; respond to inquiries from offices, stakeholders and vendors in a timely manner.Manage priority, time-sensitive requests and coordinate with requestors and the US DMC team when rush payments are requiredAssist with the disbursement process, as needed, to ensure deadlines are met including month-end closing and payments.Prepare and process expense journal entry transactions for upload into the ERP.Assist in maintaining DMC procedures and ensuring all documentation is current.Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed including serving as backup for others team members.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or commensurate experience, with strong accounting skills and 2-3 years experience.Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, Coupa, and Microsoft Power Platform a plus.Flexible and detail-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in both independent and team settings.Work effectively with other teams and all levels of the organization.

Format

This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.

 

Compensation

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.  

The base salary range for this role is $66,000-$82,000.  

This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.  
 
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
