This role goes beyond basic reporting – you will take ownership of cost-related analysis, with a strong focus on people costs (payroll & headcount), while also supporting broader financial planning and decision-making. You’ll work closely with regional finance teams, analyze key trends, and provide actionable insights that directly influence business outcomes. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while staying connected to a global team. Key Responsibilities + Take ownership of cost analysis, with emphasis on payroll, headcount, and other operating expenses. + Prepare and review financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. + Provide insights and recommendations to management for cost optimization. + Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. + Develop and improve financial models and reporting tools. + Partner with cross-functional and international teams to support decision-making. What We’re Looking For + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics (advanced degree/certification is a plus). + 2–3+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally in cost or payroll analysis. + Strong Excel and ERP/BI tool skills (Power BI, Oracle, SAP, etc.). + Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of tasks. + Strong communication skills and curiosity to dig deeper into numbers and tell the story behind them.
