Finance Analyst Job Description: Join our high-performing OTC team in the European Shared Service Centre! As a Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role by providing data-driven insights to support better decision-making. You’ll collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends that improve business operations and strategies. This is a hybrid role working in the Newcastle office 3 days a week and 2 from home. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy. • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. • Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic decision-making. • Ensure data privacy, security and governance in compliance with company policies and regulations. • Look for process improvement opportunities • Display appropriate agility and behaviour to support wider team targets and ensure deadlines are met • Provide a high standard of customer service to customers and colleagues alike, ensuring all tasks are performed in line with company, department, and team vision. • Build a good understanding of best-practice Order to Cash processes, and a focus on continuous improvement.
