Finance Analyst Job Posting

Join our dynamic Finance department in Copenhagen as a Financial Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Nordic Region. At Lenovo, we value innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team.

You will report to the Nordic CFO and work with three senior controllers and a profit manager. The role is primarily based in Denmark, where you will work in the same office as most of the team.

Responsibilities

Business Management and Controls:

Monthly/quarterly closing activitiesSupport senior controllers with standard and ad hoc business reporting and analysisManage destination pricingEnd-to-end management of copyright processFocal for governmental reportingManage non-standard billings (e.g., employee purchases, proforma invoices)

Expense Management:

Oversee the Regional Accounts Payable Process & ExecutionManage P-Card (corporate credit card) approvals and monthly closing activitiesAddress procurement questions and processesOversee asset management processes and yearly inventory statusConduct ad hoc expense analysisServe as the demo pool focal point

Profit Management:

Support the Nordic Profit Manager with pricing controls for major bidsConduct analytics and standard bid reviewsSubmit funding requests and track investmentsForecast and track funding

Candidate Profile:

Recently graduated or early-career professionals with a desire to become a finance controller in an international companyDegree in Finance and/or Business Administration with a strong analytical disciplineAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsFluent in EnglishExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsOrganized and methodical with attention to detailGood verbal and written communication skills
