Kforce has a client Finance Lead - Supply Chain & Connected Commerce. This role is responsible for partnering across Finance and business teams to drive long-term financial leadership for supply chain operations, online-to-offline (O2O) initiatives, dynamic product programs, and emerging business models. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance and Operations teams to drive cost efficiency and service improvements * Provide financial analysis and support for O2O initiatives and cross-functional partners * Serve as FP&A lead for dynamic product programs, enabling digital commerce through partner platforms * Support pilot programs for new consumer-facing business models and revenue streams * Develop and present full P&L business cases for investments in O2O, dynamic product programs, and new commerce initiatives * Lead core financial processes including strategic planning, annual budgeting, and monthly/quarterly business reviews * Communicate financial insights and business performance to senior leadership, aligning with strategic goals * Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making around key initiatives and evolving market conditions * Streamline planning processes and tools in alignment with broader finance transformation efforts
