Finance & Admin Lead

Job Overview
Act as the main finance support to the Site Lead ensuring accuracy of reporting and effective accurate management of cost allocations and billing.
Ensure all month end reporting is delivered in an accurate and timely manner to the above site Finance Management team .
Monitor service spend against contractual budgets and actively participate in the financial review meetings . Ensure compliance and accuracy against policies enabling 100% audit readiness .

Main Duties
Own the month end process and ensure accurate reporting of all finance activities
Monitor spend against client budget and glide path savings ta rget' s
Assist the Helpdesk and Admin Manager in monitoring comprehensive and variable spend
Take responsibility for ensuring the quot ed works process is adhered too
Liaise with the operations team regarding the status of purchase orders and quotes
Complete the monthly client applicatio n.
Complete the Approve to Pay reports on a monthly basis to ensure our suppliers are paid on time
Work with the Helpdesk and Admin Manager to monitor and manage our WIP reporting.
Ensure all month end documentation is returned on time to the Contract Finance Lead
Compile the monthly finance slides for the site governance pack
Support the site lead on site debt
Support the Procurement function as and when required
Working closing with the senior administrator assume responsibility for ensuring the payroll process is adhered too
Attend and actively participate in comm cells, governance, meetings and training courses as required
 
What we are looking for
3 years' experience in Finance
Experience in SAP and COUPA
IT skills (Excel)
Proactive, Flexible, Decisive and Quick thinking
