o\tMonthly School of Medicine reporting and meeting facilitation\no\tResearch and facilitate PB Patient Disputes \no\tProcess PB Workqueues\no\tEducate and facilitate PB POS 11 Clinic billing, charge code research and workflows\no\tSubmit PB CDM requests collaboration & outreach to HB billing\no\tInvestigate professional component write-offs (e.g. No Documentation, Medical Necessity, Untimely Ins-Phys Posted Late, Coding and No ABN) impacting wRVUs \no\tAnswer questions from PBO & SMO on accounts related to profees\no\tPerform and deliver ad-hoc reporting requests related to professional charges\no\twRVU research & resolution \no\tProfee charge reconciliation, charge corrections, posting and audits\no\tPerform provider onboarding education\no\tFacilitate resolution of coding, billing and compliance questions\no\tInitiate SER Profile Updates in \no\tUpdate provider SER profiles in the Epic system (may include coordination with Provider Enrollment, MSO & APP Managers to ensure provider is fully credentialed and able to see patients. Also assign correct taxonomy & specialty codes (APPs only)\no\tCoordinate with billing, coding, and IT teams to resolve discrepancies or system issues arising from SER or preference list changes, as well as Epic Orders functioning with correct codes.\no\tAttend meetings

This is a Contract position based out of Redwood City, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46.20 - $87.33/hr.
