We offer these services in both residential and commercial situations.

Position summary:
This is an Intern\/Part-Time position, flexible working hours of approximately 30 hours per week. This position will be involved in the daily operations of the Finance Department. This position will be required to help with administrative tasks, accounts payable processing, and other finance related projects as needed. Candidates should be detail oriented and have completed some finance\/accounting related coursework.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n\n Prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently\nDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance\nAttention to detail and ability to multi-task\n Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook a plus\n10-Key accuracy\nAbility to work independently with some guidance\nBasic Finance\/Accounting Coursework preferred\nKnowledge of GAAP a plus\nPerform month-end closing tasks such as preparing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations\nPerform other duties and special projects as requested by management
