Final Inspector Location: St. Louis MO 63146 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM) Pay: $25-30 per hour Contract to Hire Opportunity About the Opportunity: System One is seeking a Control Panel Final Inspector to join a fast-paced, quality-driven environment supporting critical industries like food & beverage, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure electrical control panels meet the highest quality standards before shipping. Key Responsibilities: + Perform final inspections on control panels and small builds (CSTs, junction boxes, Flex I/O enclosures) + Conduct detailed point-to-point wiring checks against schematics + Confirm layout accuracy and mechanical build quality + Use multimeters to verify wire continuity and circuit logic + Generate labels using Brady Label and ClearMark systems + Report discrepancies or quality concerns to production leads + Ensure all builds comply with UL standards and internal quality protocols + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Requirements: + 2+ years of experience in electrical QA or control panel assembly + Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit logic + Ability to use multimeters for wiring verification + Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance + High school diploma or GED + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with UL compliance or documentation sign-off + Familiarity with panel troubleshooting or verification testing + Exposure to manufacturing QA or continuous improvement processes System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
