Deine Aufgaben: 

Storeleitung nach zentralseitigen Vorgaben 

Verantwortung für Umsatz- und Inventurergebnisse und aller verwaltenden Personaltätigkeiten u.a. Personaleinsatzplanung 

Umsetzung gegebener Konzepte und Richtlinien mit Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten 

Maximierung des Standortpotenzials 

Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams  

Agieren als Motivator, Vorbild und Coach, sowie Schaffung einer Kommunikationskultur 

Dein Profil: 

Führungserfahrung im Rahmen von Großflächenkonzepten/ größerer Teams 

Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse u.a. in der Auswertung von KPIs 

Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft/ der Langzeitplanung 

Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreude in einer dynamischen Kultur
