Status:  24 hours per pay period

Schedule: 8-hour shifts

Week 1: F 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Week 2: Th 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM , F 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Registration Specialist to join our Medical Imaging – Breast Evaluation Center team at Grand Haven Hospital, part of Trinity Health, one of the nation’s largest Catholic healthcare systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming and registering patients with warmth and professionalismMaintaining and updating electronic health records in MeditechRetrieving PACs images, reports, and documentsProducing and releasing CDs, file copies, and reportsCollaborating with patients, coworkers, and the public to ensure a smooth and supportive experience

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent1 year of medical office experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsTyping speed of 50 wpm, error-freeComfortable using computers and office equipmentFamiliarity with medical and insurance terminology is a plus!
