Job Description

This role involves managing an increased volume of titles due to a recent acquisition. The office will be responsible for handling 100,000 additional titles, requiring meticulous attention to detail and efficient processing skills.

ResponsibilitiesPerform clerical duties including data entry and administrative support.Manage front desk operations and provide customer service.Scan, file, and sort documents systematically.Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.Answer phones and provide customer support.Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.Assist with the organization and maintenance of the vault.Ensure all files are accurately documented and stored.Essential SkillsStrong clerical and computer skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent typing and data entry skills.Experience in filing and sorting documents.Strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in administrative assistance and customer support.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Strong attendance record and willingness to work on Saturdays.Work Environment

The work environment is business casual, requiring professional attire without flip flops, ripped jeans, or perfume. This is an in-office position with no remote opportunities, operating from 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Although the role is contractual, there is potential for transition to permanent employment or movement to other departments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
