We are seeking an experienced **Field Work Manager** to lead and oversee all field operations for our market research projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality data collection, efficient team management, and timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of market research methodologies. Experience in the **pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors** is highly desirable. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Leadership & Team Development** + Recruit, train, and manage field staff to ensure effective and accurate data collection. + Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maintain high standards of quality. + Optimize resource allocation and scheduling to meet project deadlines. **2. Project Execution** + Collaborate with research teams to translate project objectives into actionable fieldwork plans. + Oversee implementation of fieldwork strategies, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables. + Monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions promptly. **3. Quality Assurance** + Define and enforce rigorous data collection protocols to guarantee accuracy and reliability. + Conduct regular field audits and visits to ensure compliance with procedures. + Review collected data for consistency and resolve discrepancies proactively. **4. Communication & Reporting** + Act as the primary liaison between field teams, project managers, and external stakeholders. + Deliver timely updates on field operations, including progress, risks, and solutions. + Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing fieldwork outcomes. **5. Budget & Resource Management** + Assist in developing and managing fieldwork budgets. + Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. **Qualifications** + **8+ years** of experience in market research, with a strong focus on field operations. + Proven track record in team leadership and project management. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in data collection tools (e.g., **CATI, CAWI** ) preferred. + Familiarity with **pharmaceutical and healthcare industries** is a strong advantage. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Work Conditions** + Willingness to travel for field visits and project oversight. + Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
