IT Field Technician - NSW

Iron Mountain (formerly ACT Logistics) is a major ICT Services supplier to State & Federal Government Departments and to large commercial clients across Australia including NSW & surrounding areas.

The work is varied and interesting.

What You'll Bring

Experience in installing new computer equipment and peripherals.Technical capability using Windows laptop HW/SW, IP Telephony, O365 and MS Teams.Willingness to contribute to the teams and customer success.Onsite support to assist remote teams in diagnosing and resolving issues.Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNOW), systems, processes and procedures.

What You'll Bring

Basic network & cloud technology understanding.Troubleshooting skills and good attention to detail.Ability to liaise with clients on a professional basis.Take direction from 3rd level support.

What We Offer

Employment is on a casual ongoing basis.Expected hours - 16 per week average.Work location - In person.
