If so, let's start the conversation. **IT Field Technician - NSW** Iron Mountain (formerly ACT Logistics) is a major ICT Services supplier to State & Federal Government Departments and to large commercial clients across Australia including NSW & surrounding areas. The work is varied and interesting. **What You'll Bring** + Experience in installing new computer equipment and peripherals. + Technical capability using Windows laptop HW/SW, IP Telephony, O365 and MS Teams. + Willingness to contribute to the teams and customer success. + Onsite support to assist remote teams in diagnosing and resolving issues. + Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNOW), systems, processes and procedures. **What You'll Bring** + Basic network & cloud technology understanding. + Troubleshooting skills and good attention to detail. + Ability to liaise with clients on a professional basis. + Take direction from 3rd level support. **What We Offer** + Employment is on a casual ongoing basis. + Expected hours - 16 per week average. + Work location - In person.
