Job Description
As a Field Technician, you will work collaboratively in teams to build concrete structures within industrial facilities. Your role involves working with skilled workers to construct forms, pour concrete, and perform bricklaying. You will utilize various tools such as trowels, levels, mixers, floats, hammers, and screwdrivers. The work primarily includes tearing out and replacing high-temperature concrete furnace linings using state-of-the-art mechanized equipment, comparable to BROKK or excavators. This position requires proficiency in masonry, welding, carpentry, and insulating, applying craftsman techniques in line with specifications and best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to work, learn, and develop a wide range of skills, becoming a jack of all trades.

Work Environment
You will work alongside a skilled lead, not in a leadership role. Standard hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for weekend or off-shift work depending on project requirements. The work involves industrial construction, with a large contract in place for construction over the next three years.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
