**Job Responsibilities**
+ Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot computer hardware, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and other supported devices.
+ Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computer hardware and mobile devices.
+ Diagnose and resolve software, operating system, and network issues.
+ Interact with end users to identify IT issues, provide clear explanations of resolutions, and update them on progress.
+ Respond promptly to end user inquiries and requests, maintaining customer satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ Manage daily incident and request queues using an ITSM tool, accurately documenting work and resolution notes.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 2 years of desktop and/or deskside experience.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Must have reliable personal transportation (Automobile).
+ Ability to lift 50lbs and perform general office requirements.
**Highly Preferred Skills**
+ Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
+ Solid client service skills.
+ Additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
+ Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
+ Minimal travel on an exception basis only.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $36.97/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
