We are seeking a Field Systems Engineering Integration Lead to serve as the Liaison Between BAE Engineering and Rapid Reprogramming Team at David Monthan AFB, AZ. In this role you will: + Coordinate resource access at DMAFB, BAE Systems Facilities and other USG Testing Facilities. + Support integration and reach back support for operational deployments. + Perform Data Analysis. + Participate in Flight Tests. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, and minimum of 6 to 8 years of work experience or equivalent experience + Hold an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible to acquire SCI + Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience interfacing with upper management; customer facing + Ability to travel as needed + Pre and Post Flight test design and support + Experience performing systems engineering activities **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 6 years of experience or Ph.D. with 4 years of experience. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers in other disciplines + Previous EC-130 or EA-37B operational experience **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
