**About the role**
As a Field Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective installation, configuration, and deployment of new equipment and system upgrades. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to maintain seamless operations.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of new equipment and system upgrades
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
+ Manage and maintain inventory parts and tools.
+ Maintain incidents and service requests aging.
+ Adhere strictly to all company procedures, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Bronx (However, candidate should hold a valid driving license and should be ready to travel within New York)

**What you need to have to be considered**
More than 3 years of experience in the following skillsets:
· Field Support
· Problem Solving
· ServiceNow, Ticketing system
· Customer Service
**Salary and Other Compensation:**
Applications will be accepted until July 25, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $37,804 - $74,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
