**We are searching for the best talent for a Field Support Joints to be in** **Santiago de Chile, Chile** **.**
**Purpose:**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our J&J Orthopaedics business in Chile. You will lead the execution of marketing strategies for the Hips and Knee Platform focusing on customer needs. The business is well supported by an innovative pipeline and local marketing support.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for deploying strategies and tactics to the sales team based upon market input while taking initiative to highlight opportunities and activate them within the portfolio. You will be adept at building strong relationships with key stakeholders with a strong affinity to develop market analysis, market and customer insights to enable the achievement of marketing/sales performance objectives to accelerate long-term growth outlook.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Meet sales objectives and expand Chile's market share.
+ Support the commercial team in the implementation of commercial and marketing strategies.
+ Executes and implements Marketing and Market Development strategies that have an impact on business outcomes.
+ Carry out contractual tasks and/or bid management.
+ Interacts with the sales force to enhance the performance of the product and the company on the local market by providing ongoing training to the sales force and clients.
+ CAPEX – Activation and Productivity / Follow and implementation / Consolidation for commercial needs / Resource allocation.
+ BOOMs Optimization: Modification of BOM´s aligned with Marketing team and Global rationalization projects.
+ PMR Ejecution: Execution of optimization projects. Phase in – Phase out.
+ Connection with QA. Ensuring set activation. Complaints con Sets.
+ Collaborate on Repleneishment opportunities: approve and review consignment replacement assets.
+ Consignment: support and follow up on the deconsignment process, as well as the activation or liquidation process with set management team.
+ SOP: participate in supply processes.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience in Sales and Market Development in Orthopedics or Medical Devices**
+ Strong knowledge of the hip and knee joint market
+ Proven track record of expanding market share and achieving sales targets
+ **Skills in Commercial Strategy and Marketing**
+ Ability to support and execute commercial and marketing strategies
+ Experience in implementing market development plans aligned with business objectives
+ **Strong Customer Orientation and Relationship Skills**
+ Capability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
+ Focus on understanding and addressing customer needs effectively
+ **Project Management and Technical Support Processes Knowledge**
+ Experience in contract management, bidding, and inventory optimization (BOOMs, PMR)
+ Familiarity with SOP and QA support processes
+ **Analytical Skills and Proactivity**
+ Ability to analyze market insights and identify opportunities
+ Proactive attitude to drive growth and continuous improvement
