Job Objective :
The Technical Assistant is part of Falcon Eye on-site operational support team
and supports customer’s daily operations and maintenance on MINDS Falcon
Eye system activities. He/she is also the local point of contact for UAE AF
regarding IMINT subjects and is located full-time at customers’ premises.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Technical and operational on-site support to the UAE AFPoint of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINTTSIX representative towards UAE AF IAC team and globally DISA for MINDS related subjects (SLA, enhancements, MINDS roadmap)Support to UAE AF IAC on the job trainingSupport to IAC and globally DISA proposal definitionPreparation and coordination of on-site interventionsContribution to the promotion of MINDS among UAE bysupporting factory teamsperforming demo when requestedcontributing to dedicated meetings with customeron-call duties on request to support customerWork Experience Requirements:
IT supportPrevious experience operating/supporting operations onMINDS/SAIM system is a plusAI competencies is a plusWork in international environmentImagery knowledgeQualification, Certification & Educational Requirements:
Master degree in computer science or GIS or remote sensing or related
field
Preferred Skills:
