Job Summary: As a Field Support Analyst, you would be working for our Driver Support Center located in Evansville, Indiana. The Field Support Analyst (FSA) plays a critical role in advancing the company’s mission of zero injuries and accidents. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting driver safety data to identify trends, risk factors, and improvement opportunities. The analyst collaborates closely with operations, field managers, and telematics platforms to drive proactive safety strategies, coaching, and accountability. The FSA also monitors vehicle telematics to ensure A-Services are completed timely, fault codes are corrected, and overall vehicle health is maximized. Why Join PTI? Perks & Discounts: + Discounted cell phone plans with Verizon and AT&T + Free Planet Fitness membership (Evansville, Henderson, Owensboro locations) Career Growth: + Room for advancement within a rapidly expanding company + Flexible scheduling options available Responsibilities: + Use dashcam online tools to analyze risky behaviors and identify patterns and trends that could result in accidents/injuries. + Fully utilize available dashcam technology to alert drivers to risky locations and roadways/railyards where risk is at its highest. + Develop risk mitigation recommendations for the operating team to reduce risky behaviors and accidents. + Identify newly hired drivers and monitor their behaviors regularly and recommend whether employment past their 60 day probationary period is warranted based on their driving score. + Identify and monitor risky drivers through live look-ins and ensure proper steps are taken to document progressive discipline. + Identify exemplary drivers and ensure proper recognition has been completed. + Evaluate near misses and rough ride behaviors to identify drivers who may need remedial training on driving habits. + Monitor drivers with excessive HOS to look for signs of fatigue and communicate to field management for possible admin hold until they are fully rested. + Use telematics data to ensure A-Services are performed timely on each vehicle. + Work with local field team to ensure fault codes are checked and necessary repairs are made in a timely manner. + Analyze idle time and other fleet telematics information to identify waste and present improvement ideas to field management.
