Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solar Installation Field Supervisor, with experience on residential solar sites. As a leader of our installation teams, our Install Supervisor will set the tone on the job and is expected to foster a positive work experience for all who work on the team. As a member of the management team, the Solar Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day workflow operations. This job reviews work orders and installation plans prior to install to ensure materials, labor and other necessary resources are in place.

Core Responsibilities

Meeting with crew leads prior to installation to review project blueprints, details, timelines, and expectationsEnsures adherence to all safety regulations on the job siteProviding technical guidance and support to team members during installation, including answering questions pertaining to materials and toolsReviewing project photos in detail and scheduling remaining tasks left from projectsLeading the solar panel installation team in executing projects according to specifications and safety standardsHandling damage control for accidents occurred at installConducting routine meetings to go over current policies, discuss current issues with install, and announce events and changesMaking site visits during installation to meet with customers and check project progressCollaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and optimize installation processesOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.
