As a Field Supervisor I - Wellbore Intervention, you will play a vital role supporting our field operations under broad direction in the assigned district. You will be a key player to run most wellbore intervention application.
 

As a Field Supervisor I - Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:

Running Wellbore Intervention applications in assigned district ensuring supplied equipment compatible with all equipment used for jobApplying expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and other product groupsProviding field support to customers and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of jobAdvising and troubleshooting on the most complex and critical issues in Wellbore Intervention in the districtApplying technical knowledge and experience to ensure the products and services are of the highest qualityConducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have more than 10 years experience as Field Specialist in Wellbore Intervention (Fishing, Casing Exits, Wellbore Cleanup and Thru-Tubing Fishing)Have a good understanding of mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products or other product groupsDemonstrate expertise and hand-on experience of drilling, completion techniques, drilling/workover rig operations on land and semi-submersible rigsBe a good team player and display good communication skillsBe willing to work on various rotational schedules
