Job Summary
This job reviews work orders and installation plans prior to install to ensure materials, labor and other necessary resources are in place. It reviews the work order/plans with installation crews and dispatches them for the order. Acts as technical specialist. Serves as team leader but does not supervise.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Meeting with crew leads prior to installation to review project blueprints, details, timelines, and expectationsProviding technical guidance and support to team members during installation, including answering questions pertaining to materials and toolsReviewing project photos in detail and scheduling remaining tasks left from projectsLeading the solar panel installation team in executing projects according to specifications and safety standardsHandling damage control for accidents occurred at installConducting routine meetings to go over current policies, discuss current issues with install, and announce events and changesMaking site visits during installation to meet with customers and check project progressCollaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and optimize installation processesRegular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
