We are looking for a Field Stakeholder Lead to join our Canada Immunology Team. This position is a field-based role which provides commercial and marketing leadership and oversight for Dermatology/Rheumatology brands in Quebec, CA.

 

About the role

The focus for this role is to maximize the impact of UCB’s Immunology portfolio in the Quebec region of Canada.

 

Who you’ll work with

Collaborates with other members of the [Dermatology/Rheumatology] Franchise Leadership team to implement the strategy, with consideration of Quebec-specific nuances and needs to deliver programs and materials that create patient value and allow UCB to achieve its financial and non-financial objectives.

 

What you’ll do

Implements commercial strategies consistent with the overall brand strategies that optimize brand position in the Quebec region and achieve financial objectives.Develops brand business plan that results in strategic initiatives and tactical programs that maximize the value of the brand in the marketplaceDevelops, gains agreement and implements tactical programs and promotional materials that are consistent with each strategy and objective, and help HCPs match the UCB product/solution to the right patientDevelops and maintains strategic partnerships that result in productive and cooperative working relationships at the Customer Table (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Experience, Education & Stakeholder Development, Regulatory, PV, QA, Procurement, Finance, Compliance)Works with Ecosystem Leads (Regional Business Managers) and Medical Affairs Lead to design and provide training and mentoring programs to Territory Managers to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to be effectiveAnalyses market data to derive insights that drive strategic plansManage OPEX budget associated with program development and executionWork with internal and external stakeholders/advisors to identify opportunities for UCB to further contribute to the creation of patient valueEnsures UCB Operational Compliance to the highest professional standardsEnsures promotional material and brand programs are in compliance with internal and external (IMC) guidelinesEnsures optimal patient experience, and supports the implementation of the PSPHigh internal collaboration for implementation of key strategic initiatives like Digital Care Transformation and omnichannel executionMonitor external trends and competitive insights in the Quebec region to inform strategy and tactical execution.

Required:

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 5+ years biopharma product management experience with 2+ years biopharmaceutical sales experience and 2+ years marketing experience; Experience in immunology sales or marketingBilingual (English/French) is requiredExperience in Rheumatology and/or Dermatology preferredTravel is required (50%); Quebec Congresses, Advisory Board Meetings, Territory / HCP visits; Head Office (Toronto)
