As a Field Specialist – P&M, you will be part of a team providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems. You will support all pre-commissioning and maintenance work including mobilization to our clients' sites.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supervise teams and provide instructions how to safely perform intermediate hands-on technical duties for the product line services.Interact with clients and operations management providing regular project updates.Participate and lead pre-job briefings and ensure familiarisation with the work scope with the team.Physically able to handle technical tasks in harsh environmental conditions and capable of performing strenuous physical labour.Must operate company equipment in a safe manner, observing all Company and government regulations and arrive at job site or other designated destination at scheduled time.Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values, adopting a strong safety culture as well as a continuous quality improvement approach to the performance of P&M ServicesTo be successful in this role you will:
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 year of industry experience and product line competencies and training.Knowledge of pre-commissioning operations (fill, test dewater, clean & dry, nitrogen purge)Ability to use computer, specific knowledge in Microsoft Word, and ExcelStrong understanding of pipeline products, services and processes.Good verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge Positive displacement, and centrifugal pumps operations.Knowledge of diesel engine operations.Knowledge of air /gas compressor operations.Knowledge of LN2 converter pumpsGeneral mechanic knowledge.Location:
Dutch based, and eligible to work in Europe.
