As a Field Specialist III, you will play a key role in supporting field activities through your understanding of basic engineering concepts, processes, and materials. You will work directly with field teams, follow technical guidelines, and participate in structured development programs designed to build deep expertise. Your contributions will directly support operational performance, safety, and service quality.
As a Field Specialist III, you will be responsible for:
Applying general knowledge of basic operational processes and business principles to support field service activities.
Utilizing foundational understanding of chemistry, materials, process flows, and petroleum engineering concepts in day‑to‑day operations.
Reading and understanding engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Supporting the setup and execution of field procedures within defined operational parameters.
Completing visual and in‑process inspections in accordance with applicable standards (API, ISO).
Adhering to all Company Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures.
Working effectively with team members to support operational goals and service delivery.
Participating in structured development through the LEAD – Field Specialist Development Program, including training in HS&E, compliance, oilfield industry fundamentals, and product line-specific operations.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Two‑year Technical College Degree or equivalent (preferred).
Have successfully completed the LEAD – Field Specialist Development Program.
Have general knowledge of chemistry, materials, and petroleum engineering concepts.
Have the ability to read and understand engineering documents.
Have strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and field teams.
Have a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality.
Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in field environments.
