Field Services Technician – Campbell Scientific South Africa Based in South Africa Stellenbosch | Extensive travel across Southern Africa Campbell Scientific, a global leader in environmental measurement systems, is hiring a Field Services Technician to join our team. This role is hands-on, field-focused (60%+ off-site), and ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working outdoors, and supporting cutting-edge monitoring solutions. What You’ll Do + Install, maintain & troubleshoot environmental monitoring systems, sensors & dataloggers. + Work with communications protocols (Ethernet, serial, cellular, radio). + Carry out site work (tower erection, wiring, conduit installation, small civils). + Train and support customers on Campbell Scientific equipment. + Travel extensively across Africa & South Africa. What We’re Looking For Technical qualification (NQF Level 6+). Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
