Volt is immediately hiring for a Field Service Manager in Hillsboro, OR.
As a Field Services Manager you will:
Lead, manage and support all vendors in support of the Incident Management & Service delivery processes. The Field Support Regional Manager will regularly review and monitor tickets within their region for performance, trend analysis and measuring Service Level Agreements for ongoing improvement. In addition, this position will provide technical assistance to the vendors as appropriate.
Responsible for ensuring that established Service Level Agreements (SLA) for service delivery and incident responses are met. Perform expert technical advice to all vendors in the resolution of incident tickets and service delivery requests. Perform coordinating communication between Associates and Tech Group for field service visits by Tech Group associates and vendors. Implement organizational process changes and initiatives. Produce regular metrics for service performance and customer satisfaction for region. Lead direction, work planning, scheduling, coordination and reporting for Field Support in the effort to provide service delivery and support incident response activities. Plan the cross-organization resources needed to implement the field support activities of escalated incident and service delivery processes, effectively and efficiently across the Tech Group. Responsible for maintaining vendor relationships and monitoring individual vendor performance. Partner with Store Associates to develop professional, effective, and supportive work relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:
4-7 years of work experience in a Technical Support Role 2-4 years of experience in a lead role or coordinating the work of other technical staff. Required 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrate ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills. Ability to schedule and organize resources to accommodate anticipated and fluctuating ticket volume and workflow Ability to develop and maintain policies, procedures, work standards and metrics for reporting and measuring performance. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with strong skills in conflict resolution, performance management, and fostering a collaborative work environment
Pay Rate: $32-36/hour
