**What You Will Do** + To troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers. + To undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance. of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followed. + To undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports. + To perform installation, setup and upgrades on company products as required. + To fulfill Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits. + To ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders. + To work with the appropriate support functions as well as the customers to schedule customer visits. + To escalate opportunities and issues, through appropriate channels and stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to his / her job on an ongoing basis. **What You Will Need** **Required:** + Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Preferred.
