The Senior Field Services Analyst serves as a key technical expert responsible for supporting enterprise end‑user devices and providing mentorship to Analyst team members. This role delivers advanced technical support across both clinical and business environments, participates in project execution, and resolves complex technical issues.
Schedule: 8am – 5pm Monday - Friday
Location: Onsite – Mount Pleasant, SC
Department: ETS – IT Service Excellence
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Device Management
+ Provide expert-level support for corporate devices—including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices—across multiple states and work settings (on-site, remote, and hybrid).
+ Deliver comprehensive, lifecycle-focused end-user device services to ensure team members can provide exceptional patient experiences.
+ Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
Security & Compliance
+ Maintain secure management of information systems throughout their lifecycle.
+ Identify systems within area of responsibility and understand what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed.
+ Apply security principles of least privilege and least functionality.
+ Recognize potential information security incidents and understand roles and responsibilities in incident response activities.
Customer Experience
+ Provide world-class customer service, focusing on:
+ Understanding user needs
+ Providing the right solution the first time
+ Preventing issues proactively
+ Resolving problems quickly and effectively
+ Support all team members, whether on-site or working remotely, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
Leadership & Collaboration
+ Serve as a senior technical resource and mentor to Analyst team members.
+ Participate in project planning and execution to improve device performance, workflows, and user satisfaction.
+ Familiarity with information security principles and incident response.
+ Ability to work independently under general supervision.
+ Experience supporting remote and hybrid work environments.
What We're Looking For
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
+ Experience: Three years of technical experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience, required. Experience working in healthcare information technology or a similarly complex environment
+ Licensure/Certification:
+ CompTIA A+, required.
+ CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certifications, preferred.
+ Additional Skills (required):
+ Strong organization skills.
+ Ability to work under general supervision.
+ Ability to work accurately in high-pressure situations.
+ Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with users of varying levels of education and experience.
+ Must stay current with advances in computing technology.
+ Manual dexterity to use computer keyboards.
+ Must have reliable transportation
+ Ability to travel between campus buildings and to remote facilities as needed
+ Ability to handle on-call responsibilities as directed
+ An affinity for providing exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.
+ Works in partnership with Clinical Informatics and clinical users to ensure end-user support activities enhance the usability and performance of technologies in patient care areas.
+ Additional Skills (preferred):
+ Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.
+ Stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions
+ Strength to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds
