Fuel your passionAs a Field Services Training Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening the technical capability of our global field service workforce. You will design and deliver training programs across Winding Mechanical or Electrical disciplines for Brush Power Generation products, supporting both employees and customers. You will ensure high‑quality field service execution through structured training, mentoring, and continuous skills development.
You will collaborate closely with technical support teams, field service management, and senior business stakeholders to identify skill gaps, develop targeted training solutions, and support ongoing process improvements. Your work will directly contribute to service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
As a Field Services Training Specialist, you will be responsible for:Delivering field services training across Winding Mechanical or Electrical disciplines for Brush Power Generation products, including product, system, and process training.
Providing ongoing mentoring and support to maintain high standards of field service execution and technical quality.
Designing and developing training courses for both legacy and new product offerings, delivered in person at the Academy in Florence and at facilities in the Czech Republic, Pittsburgh, and Houston, as well as through online/remote platforms.
Collaborating with the Technical Help Desk (Service 24) and Field Service Management teams to identify skill gaps, deliver targeted training, and distribute training bulletins.
Working with senior business stakeholders (SPB and EB levels) to define training needs, communicate project approaches, and present research outcomes.
Implementing standardized project processes, ensuring updated procedures from other functions are adopted within the department.
Supporting diverse clients across the region, working within predefined contracts and frameworks while exercising judgment to adapt where appropriate.
To be successful in this role you will:Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma/GED with .
