Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities would include:Providing the highest quality of maintenance services, such as installations, calibrations, technical inspections and repairs.Conducting training in the use of equipment, using modern technical and training materials.Providing technical advice, consultation and support related to our products and services.Accurate maintenance of service records and regular reporting of the status of service orders.Participation in national and international service trainings.Taking care of customer satisfaction in accordance with the high standards of our company.Representing the company in the best possible way and building long-term relationships with customers.Close cooperation with other departments of the company, including the sales team, administration and other service engineers.What You Need to SucceedTechnical education.Technical skills in areas such as automation, robotics, electronics, telecommunications, and computer science.Good knowledge of English, Slovenian language is a benefit.Experience in repairing electronic devices.Ability to read electrical diagrams.Independence, creativity, initiative in action and good organization of work.A systematic approach to problem solving.Availability for frequent travel (4 days per week on average).Category B driving license.
