A client of Insight Global that is leader in the activated carbon industry headquartered in Moon Township, PA is expanding their team and looking to hire on a Field Service Technician in the Chicago, IL area. As a Field Service Representative, you will support our customers through the on-site delivery of field services related to the company’s activated carbon products, equipment, and service offerings. This role plays a critical part in fulfilling our service agreements and providing excellent customer support in the field.

Key responsibilities include:
• Schedule and document daily on-site activities using internal systems (FSWO database and work process)
• Perform start-up, maintenance, and removal of carbon adsorption equipment
• Conduct media removal and installation (carbon and other media)
• Train customers on the operation of equipment using the O&M manual and company procedures
• Troubleshoot and perform inspections and repairs on equipment
• Adhere to all safety requirements and site-specific protocols
