Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Technical support - installation and preventive / corrective maintenance in customers' medical equipment, maintaining all models of specific equipment of one or more modalities in the assigned area;Evaluate customer equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs;Verify and approve the operational quality of the equipment and / or system;Document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule;Follow appropriate GE policies, procedures, and completes necessary documentation;Maintain communications with customers as directed, to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to strong customer relations and ongoing customer satisfaction;Work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area;Comply with the integrity and compliance guidelines as well as promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures.Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines.Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.Ensure all work orders, vendor service reports, time and expense reports, PM activities, purchase orders, and other duties are documented in an accurate and timely manner.Ensure all test equipment is tracked and 100% calibrated on time.Planning and effective organization of work;High standards and quality of work.

Qualifications/Requirements

High School Diploma / GED

Eligibility Requirements

Valid National Driver's LicenseAbility and willingness to travel 100% of the time;

Responsible for onsite technical support installation and preventive / corrective maintenance in customers' solar inverters equipment.Drives customer satisfaction through service excellence.Experience with maintenance and installation of solar invertersExperience in customer relationship management and customer service;Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner;Knowledge of the office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet);Initiative, concentration and excellent communication skills, listening and establishing interpersonal relationships;Strong time management and organizational skills;Self-motivatedExperience developing and maintaining good customer relations.Change agent and process oriented.Exhibit the mentality that customers determine our success.Operate with efficiency and sense of urgencyWillingness to learn and adapt to changing environments.Ability to deliver results in an uncertain environment, ability to multitask and prioritize
