Are you looking for your next challenge in support of Soldier force protection? Serco is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to support the range of Soldier Force Protection equipment managed by PM Close Combat Systems. This is a full-time position, located near Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri.

 

Serco supports the US Army Project Manager Close Combat Support Systems with contractor logistics support (CLS) services. Our team supports training, system maintenance, repair, and upgrades, and supports training for explosive hazard detection and neutralization capabilities to keep Soldiers protected to execute ground maneuver.

 

You will be part of a small team of field service representatives to support Army wide fielded equipment.

 

In this role, you will:

Conduct operator training, maintenance training, train-the-trainer, and key leader level training, to include testing operators using Action, Condition, and Standard (ACS).Achieve certification to conduct training and maintenance for either of the following systems within thirty (30) days of hire: AN/PSS-14C and Minehound.Achieve certification on remaining PM CCS systems supported by the task order within ninety (90) days

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will:

An active DoD Secret Clearance A High School Diploma6 years experience since 2015 in maintenance and training of fielded military equipmentThe ability to read, write, and speak EnglishThe ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security ClearanceExperience in tactical level military operations and interacting with military personnel in the conduct of training or operations.A minimum of 2 years serving as an instructor in a formal military schoolCertification from a military instructor training course such as Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course (FIFC), Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), or Instructor Trainer Course (ITC) is desirableThe ability to travel up to 50%

Additional desired experience and skills:

Demonstrated lifelong learning through post High School education; e.g., professional certifications, trade schools, military schools, and/or college work Active clearance preferredProfessional Appearance and ConductManagement and Leadership skillsDecision making skillsExcellent communication skills: oral and writtenAbility to work independentlyKnowledge and proficiency of selected computer applications (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
