Field Service Technician

Job Description

Technicians maintain organized work areas, complete documentation on time, follow all safety requirements, and uphold the company’s standards of quality and ethics. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent technical training, 5+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Domestic and international travel is required.

This role is ideal for individuals who value hands‑on problem solving, technical mastery, and meaningful customer relationships within a high‑performance, service‑driven environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of related field service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, technical manuals, schematics, and procedures

Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and meet required physical demands

Experience mentoring or supporting junior technicians (preferred)

This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $104000.00/yr.

I.e., if someone starts in June, they’ll get half of that)
