Day-to-Day:
The Field Service Technician will provide onsite IT support for warehouse operations, ensuring minimal downtime for critical systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing hardware such as label printers, thermal printers, and handheld scanners, as well as supporting WMS/ERP applications. The role involves break/fix tasks, shift work (including weekends), and collaboration with logistics teams to maintain operational efficiency. Compensation:
$20/hr to $25/hr
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Must Have:
• 2+ years of working within a warehouse environment
• 2+ years Prior IT experience (hardware/software troubleshooting)
• Knowledge of active directory, DACP, and networks
• Strong break/fix skills for IT equipment
• Knowledge of label printers, hand scanners, and thermal printers
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment (UPS/FedEx experience preferred) Plusses:
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP systems
• Experience in shipping/warehouse operations
Familiarity with network connectivity troubleshooting
