Description We're looking for a CNC Field Service Technician specializing in grinding and/or lathe service, assembly, or maintenance experience to join our team in the Chandler, AZ area. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing and providing technical support for CNC equipment across the region. This position is ideal for someone with experience in machine tools, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and a willingness to travel. If you're a team player with great problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset, we'd love to hear from you. Extensive travel is required (85%+), including overnight stays. Remote on non-travel days Key Responsibilities: Provide diagnostic support for both warranty and non-warranty products, including on-site customer visits and remote assistance (video, email, etc.). Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on machine tools. Demonstrate and instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of machine tools and related accessories. Coordinate with customers on machine upgrades, special options, and service requirements. Maintain clear communication with customers until all quality issues are resolved. Share knowledge with other field service staff and collaborate with various departments as needed. Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, PLCs, etc. Familiarity with machine tools and their basic functions. Experience Level Intermediate Leve Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $88000.00/yr.
