We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician with both mechanical and electrical expertise to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:  Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites.Perform routine and emergency maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime.Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.Work independently and communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.Complete service documentation, expense reports, and time sheets accurately.
Basic Hiring Criteria:4+ years of hands-on mechanical and electrical service experience.Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, control voltage wiring, VFDs, and high-voltage systems (preferred).Mechanical skills, including welding, fabrication, bearing/shaft replacement, gearbox installation, and conveyor system work.Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.Self-motivated and adaptable to different customer environments.
