We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician with both mechanical and electrical expertise to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities: + Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites. + Perform routine and emergency maintenance , ensuring minimal downtime. + Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. + Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. + Work independently and communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams. + Complete service documentation, expense reports, and time sheets accurately. Basic Hiring Criteria: + 4+ years of hands-on mechanical and electrical service experience. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, control voltage wiring, VFDs, and high-voltage systems (preferred). + Mechanical skills, including welding, fabrication, bearing/shaft replacement, gearbox installation, and conveyor system work. + Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. + Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. + Self-motivated and adaptable to different customer environments.
