**Description** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heavy industrial equipment, including hydraulic systems, electrical components, and engines. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting heavy equipment and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues on heavy equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions independently. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports. Travel locally with a company-provided service vehicle. Operate independently in the field and in-shop settings. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status and repair needs. Approximately 90% of the role involves traveling to various job sites or working on-site. During downtimes, the technician will work within the shop. Travel Compensation: Each field technician can take their truck home. Travel time starts from their house to the first job site.
