Key Responsibilities:Perform routine performance verification and preventative maintenanceInstall and commission new equipmentRectify breakdowns efficientlyPromote audits, calibrations, and validation activitiesAdhere to KPIs and complete all administrative tasks promptlyTravel regularly to customer sites, including occasional visits to LeicesterMaintain and manage stock responsiblyWhat You Need to SucceedExperience in a customer-facing service environment: You should be comfortable interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, troubleshooting issues on-site, and providing clear, professional communication. This includes managing customer expectations and ensuring a positive service experience.Technical proficiency in electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering: A solid understanding and hands-on experience with electrical circuits, electronic components, and mechanical systems are essential.
