Job Description
We are seeking Field Service Technicians to join our dynamic and innovative teams. These positions are part of the Aftermarket Parts Team. The role involves traveling with products once they are ready to ship, installing them, and training staff for new clients or equipment. This position requires individuals who are mechanically inclined, possess strong customer service skills, and can work autonomously.
ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and troubleshoot products in full-cycle processes.Engage directly with clients and provide customer service support over the phone.Disassemble and reassemble equipment efficiently.Travel approximately 30-40 weeks per year, with durations of 2-3 weeks for large equipment and 1 week for small equipment.Train client staff on new products and equipment.Essential Skills2+ years of relevant experience.Exposure to PLC troubleshooting, preferably Siemens.Proficiency in reading BOMs and blueprints.Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience in industrial service and reverse engineering.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of PLC programming, Allen-Bradley, Siemens systems.Experience with AutoCAD 3D, Solidworks, Inventor, and design.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Preferably based in the Midwest, Iowa or neighboring states.Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with hands-on work experience is ideal but not required.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
