Job DescriptionThe Regional Technical Support Coordinator is part of Bosch Home Comfort. We are looking for a seasoned Field Technical Support professional.
The Regional Technical Support Coordinator position is a field role and is responsible for all regional aspects and daily functions of their assigned territory. This position supports the necessary business and product metrics required to meet the company goals and objectives. The position will be responsible for: technical training, national skills certification exams customer training, service/commissioning program, troubleshooting.
Your tasks:
► Provides technical support to the Field Sales & Service organization. In person after-sales support and troubleshooting to branches, applied representatives, distributors, and contractors.
► Answers and responds to product application, installation, equipment capabilities, code requirements and service questions.
► Troubleshoots system failures via information from service technicians.
► Manage and organize product technical training for customers, distributors and employees.
► Assists in developing annual department budget and endures to deliver all milestones within agreed budget and time.
► Delivers call centre support as necessary to fulfil customer needs.
► Oversees local start up and commissioning activities as assigned.
► Creates and maintains FAQ database.
► Looks for synergies and ways to improve processes and efficiency within the Bosch organization.
► Assists and implements service/commissioning program and procedures.
► Monitors and tracks warranties including corrective action requests.
► Partners with other departments to predict how products will behave in our market if any changes in design or commercial practices are modified.
► Manage and organize national skills certification exams.
Qualifications► 5+ year HVAC systems in Residential and Light Commercial sector required. Supervisory experience preferred.
► University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
► EPA 608 preferred.
► Critical thinking and problem solving of technical problems.
► Outstanding organizational skills.
► Proficiency in managing multi-task projects.
► Excellent interpersonal skills.
► Fluent English in written and verbal.
Computer Skills:
► Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
► Microsoft Project a plus.
